De kamer was zéér summier ingericht. Bed was goed en nieuw. De rest was oud, aftands, zeer minimaal. De spullen in t keukenblok waren minimaal en oud, zeer botte messen, geen waterkoker. Ibfomatiemap ging alleen over WiFi en openbaar vervoer. De kamer kwam absoluut niet overeen met de foto's op de website. Badkamer voldeed.

It was well situated to the train station and only twenty minutes into the centre of the city. Parking was free and no problem. There was a nice beer garden within a few minutes walking distance. Overall a good atmosphere.

到着時はオフィスは閉まっていました。 電話すると隣のお店に鍵を預けてくれており、休めました。 室内は清潔で、とてもお洒落でシンプルです。 すぐ近くにスーパーが３件あります。

住宿只有樓梯，對於拎行李相對不便，5分鐘左右的路程就有餐廳，超市，及地鐵站。如自駕遊比較方便，免費泊車，法蘭克福機場開到科隆，離高速路口不到5分鐘車程。

Lage an stark befahrener Straße mit guten Schallschutzfenstern, Einrichtung in unserem Apartment recht neu und zweckmäßig, Eigentümer sehr freundlich und entspannt, Bäcker und sonstige Einkaufsmöglichkeiten in direkter Lauflage. Wir waren eine Nacht dort und vollkommen zufrieden!

Really basic. A small room, a bed (or two twins), a kitchenette, a table and two uncomfortable chairs, and a bathroom with a very tight shower. No maid service during my stay, and walking on the floor left the soles of my feet black, so I washed the floor. It was cheap, and just about the only thing available because there was a trade show going on while I was there and everything was booked.

einfache einrichtung,aber ausreichend.gefehlt hat mir ein tv sessel mit beistelltisch.sauber war es und sehr unkompliziert beim ein/auschecken.ca.8min zu fuss bis bahnhof.letzte bahn fährt allerdings aus stadt unter der woche um ca.24:00 .einkaufsmöglichkeiten gleich um die ecke.bei offenem fenster etwas laut da an einer hauptstrasse...aber man ist ja in der stadt.alles in allem für den preis absolut in ordnung.komme gerne wieder

Soweit so gut aber einfach zu laut

Insgesamt waren meine zwei Nächte in Ordnung. Einzig und allein die sehr unangenehmen Geräusche aus entweder der Heizung, Nachbarn, Wasserleitungen oder sonstiges. Es war sehr unangenehm und weckte mich mitten in der Nacht mehrere male. sonst war ds Apartment in Ordnung.

Nettes Apartment mit guter Infrastruktur nearby

Das Apartment war sauber und zweckmässig. Man kann sich dort wohl fühlen. Das Badezimmer toll mit Granitfliesen versehen und alles, was man benötigt, war vorhanden. Kaffeemaschine, Wasserkocher, 2-Plattenherd, Kühlschrank mit 3-Sterne Gefrierfach,Mikrowelle etc.

Das Zimmer war ok, kein Luxux haben wir auch nicht erwartet, wir waren zufrieden, sehr netter Service bei Übergabe des Schlüssels,das Zimmer lag nach hinten zum Hof und es war sehr ruhig. Haben sehr gut geschlafen. Für 1bis2 Nächte genau das richtige,können wir weiterempfehlen und würden es wieder buchen,Preis/Leistung passt. In der Nähe sehr viele Lokale und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten.

Apartment is good size and facilities. However few issues during stay: - cleaning done only once during entire 19 days stay inspite of reminders, whereas it was said to be done on weekly basis. - room lighting is not proper. Even after multiple reminders, the fuse bulbs were not changed

Recomendo como última alternativa

Apartamento simples que quebrou um galho numa noite em que o hotel que planejávamos ficar estava lotado. Check in tardio tbém é um problema porque tem que telefonar para o administrador e nem sempre temos chip para fazer ligações. Achamos que fica longe de Colônia e de Leverkusen (onde queríamos dormir).
