"The Hotel Niu is one of the best hotels I've ever stayed in. After a horrific commute into the country, the welcome to the hotel was second to none. Daniel was an absolutely fantastic host on the reception, he asked if I wanted a queen bed, as floors below the 4th floor were 2 single beds pushed together. "Really liked how it was self service, very easy, beautiful rooms felt so fancy. We had a small issue with our TV, emailed the help desk at 10.30pm and by 10.35 we had a staff member there helping us. Incredible. "
