"Overall, it is a nice stay in Philly. At first, it is a little hard to contact the staff, but in the afternoon, the staff contact me from another number. I think they should change the phone number in automatic message after booking ( I called the number a couple of times, no one reply, but new number has a good connection!). The only thing that would have been helpful is for them to provide information upfront that there’s not really a valet parking option available and there are no bell captains that can help with our luggage."

"The staff went above and beyond when I needed assistance, incredible people. The street it’s on isn’t one of the main streets so it was pretty quiet. The room was comfortable and had all the amenities I needed, even plenty of shelf space in the large shower! Will stay here again. "
