The property overall was fine, only issue was we consistently didnt have electricity and hot water for our 4 Night stay. Spoke to the manager multiple times and was promised some sort of refund/compensation. That was about a week ago now and I have received nothing after reaching out multiple times.

Plenty of stores around they would not give us access to the dryer just the washer, which is very irritating. They suggested you don’t use the oven but obviously we just cleaned all the oil out of the bottom of the oven so we could use them because people don’t take care of things out there, but we did so it was a good experience. However, you want to look at it.

The room was clean and well kept. Bathroom was nice. Bed was pretty good. Parking easy out front on the street. Public transportation by train into center city just a block or two away. If you stay here, know that this is an urban setting, no worries in the day, but keep an eye out as you enter and exit at night. Don't leave bags in the car. Busy street so book rooms on the interior/back of the building (higher number rooms). Overall we would stay here again because the price, room quality, and location were a good match for us and we are familiar with city life.

I recently stayed at Lodgy Studios during a solo trip, and overall it was a good experience. There were a few minor issues at the beginning of my stay, but the team was very responsive, professional, and accommodating in helping resolve everything quickly. I really appreciated their willingness to make things right and ensure I was comfortable. That level of customer service made a big difference in my overall experience. The location was convenient, and the space worked well for what I needed. I’d recommend Lodgy Studios to anyone looking for a comfortable stay with a team that genuinely cares about their guests.

several serious issues we experienced during our stay at the apartment. To begin with, there was no hot water available to shower. The entire apartment was freezing cold, and even after turning the heat up, it did not improve due to the air conditioning unit still being installed and running. This made the unit extremely uncomfortable and unsuitable to stay in. Additionally, the cups stored in the cupboard were dirty and still had visible residue on them. The refrigerator was not functioning properly, which caused the food I purchased to spoil. There were no pots available to cook with, nor plates to eat on. The sheets on the mattress were also dirty upon arrival, which is unacceptable. On top of these issues, at one point we were locked out of the apartment and had to hire a locksmith to regain access, resulting in additional unexpected expenses. Due to the number and severity of these problems, the apartment did not meet basic standards of cleanliness, comfort, or functionality. I would appreciate this matter being addressed promptly and would like to discuss appropriate compensation for the inconvenience and costs incurred. I look forward to your response.

Property is very clean and it has very nice rooms. The only thing is that they don't have elevators for disable people, and they don't tell you what room are you in until check in time. They put me on a third floor, I requested a room change and they gave me a room completely different from I choose at the beginning.

I especially appreciated the secure entry and the overall feeling of safety throughout the property. Communication from the host was clear and professional, and check-in was smooth and hassle-free. This is a solid option if you’re looking for a modern, affordable, and comfortable place to stay in West Philadelphia. I would definitely stay here again and recommend it to anyone visiting the area.

The room looks like the photos. It was affordable for me and I felt secure with there smart lock system. There is no off-street parking though. You will have to park on the street, but it’s free!

The room was clean, the bed was made, smelled nice in there. While the room felt compact, it was comfortable. Talking to them was only done through the Expedia App which was nice honestly. Definitely coming back.

Nice place! The host was accommodating and let me check-in a couple hours early, the room was clean, and it only took me about 10 mins to get to center city.

Very simple and easy. My apt. Is clean. It was a little chilly when I checked into the unit, but hopefully it will warm up shorty. My unit have its own heating source.

I really enjoyed my stay here. The big letters outside made the building easy to find, the bright colors are nice upon entry, and my suite was simple but clean! I was only in town for one night for business but I'd come back for a weekend trip next time I come to Philly!

No hangers, I mean not one with a large closet , hard mattress , couldn’t sleep a wink, sheets were itchy and worn with lint balls, kids running down the hallway at 9 pm, service was horrible, I paid for 5 nights left after one facility refused to refund any nights then kept a separate deposit of 199.00 stating their was tv damage, however after I checked out manager came to the property and stated it was spotless and in perfect condition , only to state 5 days later there were issues with the tv bracket, keep in mind, I couldn’t watch tv because there was no remote , you have to download the Roku app to your phone to operate the Tv, thank god for hotels.com they saw the email where the mgr stated the property was in perfect condition and although the owner didn’t give me a refund , the website did, this was a stressful situation considering I told the property manager I was in town to see a terminally ill family member, avoid this trap at all cost…
