"The experience was not Hilton's best. My family and I were welcomed in a older accommodation. The toilet seat in the 1st bathroom was very shaky and needed to be replaced. The room needed to be renovated. The 2nd bathroom's toilet was clogged and needed a plunger. When we called the front desk, the phone continued to ring out.
