Waited over an hour for my car and when I finally went down stairs to see what was going on, I saw that the valet was just lounging around watching videos on his phone. I had to tell him I requested my car."

"They should invest in a vacuum cleaner. I picked stables off of room floor and hallways were dirty and not vacuumed.. Newer building but needs a thorough cleaning. "

"I travel often and to Savannah frequently, but hands down this was the WORST stay I’ve ever had anywhere. The room smelled like mold and the toilet had a small leak. The phones do not work There’s a 25 dollar resort fee. I do t mind the fee when there’s something worthwhile to use it. We were given two free drink tokens, limited types that the token covers. I believe it was 875 value. There was “fruit and coffee for morning The elevator system was beyond explanation. Go to 5th floor to go to 3. From the arrival which was on a closed road to the end, there is nothing at all special except location. "
