"We waited until checkin time only to have to wait longer because our room wasn’t ready. However, two guests (one was a large group) came after us and were checked in immediately! No wait time at all! Hmmm! Please make sure all rooms are ready BEFORE guests arrive! No calls should be made when guests arrive to see if the room is ready! There were enough hotel workers just leisurely browsing around that can assist with rooms being prepared for arriving guests! I’ve never seen so many hotel...

"Very nice! The staff was amazing, they treat you like family! I’ve never stayed anywhere with a staff as nice as these were! I’d give the staff 5 stars for sure! Especially the lady that works the continental breakfast room she was the sweetest thing ever!!"
