"We had a very long journey and were very tired Olin arrival, we were greeting by a lovely receptionist, it was quite late in the evening so we were thrilled to see the room service options, had a lovely meal, wonderful sleep on extremely comfortable beds, breakfast was delightful as were all the staff. "Partly my own fault for not recognising that the Bodnant was at the end of the supermarket and searching the loacal countryside for furnace farm (farmhouse) which i visually thought to be standing alone - After being lost for more than 1 hour and my phone battery almost out - wrong phone numbers given were actually for the supermarket - no answer- i was very concerned, however, i called my son who googled a visual in order to place me where sat nav would/could not and vuala- i was saved a night...
