"The A/C was not working so it was quite hot at night.
Also the area was extremely noisy (lots of trafic throughout the entire night). Hard to sleep.

"There was a really bad smell in the hotel and in the room. When we left the hotel, the smell stuck on all of ours clothes. The washroom is right next to the bed, and it didn’t close well, so you just had to sleep next to that. The room is also very small. The bed and the pillow were way too soft and sinks. "We loved the location! Could walk almost everywhere and ate at 2 amazing restaurants around the corner from the hotel, one of them having great gluten free options for me! Loved the cleanliness and the friendliness of the staff. Very quiet even though in a busy area. Great breakfast options, with great selection including fresh fruit, yogurt, pastries, eggs, bacon, fresh fruit juices and fruit ,different coffee options! They have vending machines for snacks and wine! Could buy tokens to do laundry. Loved staying at IQ Roma and would highly recommend!"
"We stayed for a week and we were met with excellent customer service, friendly staff and an extremely clean room and hotel. The room had good air-conditioning that was adjustable and the local metro is a short walk away with a water fountain on the route(if you know anything about Rome make use of these they are great). The hotel even made airport taxi reservations for us.
