"It was a wonderful room and very clean. It had a full kitchen. The price was very reasonable. I was shocked that there was no restroom in lobby. That's the 1st thing people need to do after a long ride but we had to wait to check in and use the restroom when we got in our room. But the room was VERY nice!"

"Rebecca at the front desk is truly exceptional! I had some issues over a few days, and she went above and beyond to ensure my next room was perfect. She genuinely made up for the lost sleep and inconvenience caused by the toilet, sink, and missed room service. Rebecca was incredibly pleasant and attentive, making me feel valued and never rushed. She's the main reason I chose to extend my stay with Hilton. She's a tremendous asset, and I'm so glad she's the first person I encounter when I arrive....
