Very clean comfortable rooms. However we arrived late and when we went into our room there were people sleeping in our room. Pool was closed for maintenance as well. We also weren't able to get free shuttle because their driver called off. I feel like we should have received a free ride/discount for the inconvenience on the room debacle and shuttle.

We had an excellent stay very clean comfortable room, airport shuttle was a plus, breakfast was good, staff was great! We were disappointed the pool was closed. Staff told us it was closed for cleaning but didn’t look they were working on it. We were disappointed because that was the main reason I had booked this hotel for the kids to enjoy the pool.
