"Excellent staff and extra clean room and bathroom"

"I was a little leary when I seen the neighborhood this was in. Graffiti on the walls of the buildings down the block. But turns out, the neighborhood was amazing. Kate our host was exceptional! She helped us with everything and got us settled in, she even arranged rides for us when we were stuck in unknown areas and couldn't find a cab. I can't thank her enough. Her place was clean and beautiful. I will say, pay attention to the weight limit on the elevator. It is very small and stands...

"This place is amazing!!! Great location "

"Liked breakfast and friendly staff "

"Very beautiful place. Staff was amazing. Breakfast was good. My wife loved the cappuccino in the morning. Rustic charm. A little outdated but it really gave the Italian feel which we loved."

"If you like to run or walk close to Appia Antica trail just fantastic "

"The customer service was excellent from the moment we arrived -we had a wonderful stay! The daily breakfast was delicious and homemade. Staff was friendly and accommodating and the hotel was clean. They even had an extra hair dryer when the one I was using stopped working. I highly recommend this hotel."

"The A/C was not working so it was quite hot at night. Also the area was extremely noisy (lots of trafic throughout the entire night). Hard to sleep. Staff was very nice. Room was quite big."

"Winner's hotel was very average, the location was okay but further away then listed on the Expedia page. The room was very standard and the walls were peeling."

"We had a quick stopover here so we only really had time to sleep, we didn't get a chance to take advantage of any amenities nor breakfast"

"Friendly and helpful staff the rooms amenities need to be upgraded. I will book another stay in the near future"

"Great hotel with a beautiful pool!"

"The room is absolutely beautiful and the location is excellent. Very walkable with lots of food options nearby (including an amazing Italian restaurant right across the street and down the stairs). We'll definitely be back."

"Good location, easy access to public transportation. Nice facility from Rome Standards (a bit smaller compared to American lodging facilities). Very nice and responsive staff. I would like to stay again."

"Everything else was great, but the quilt on the small bed was really bad. It was not breathable at all and very uncomfortable, which affected my sleep. I'm looking forward to your improvement. I hope it will be better next time!"

"Excellent stay on the outskirts of Rome. Calmer area with the easiest metro transportation to all popular destinations."

"Excellent! Very clean, helpful and welcoming staff, great location."
