"Initially difficult to find as it is in a shared block but a quick phone call sorted the check in instructions. The place was spotlessly clean. Only 1 cup and no kettle in the room but a coffee machine and microwave (to heat water for tea) available in the lobby. Breakfast could be picked up from a lovely little cafe around the corner with vouchers left for Coffee and croissant. Really close to the metro for getting into the city and some great restaurants nearby for eating locally"

"Punctual host, clean room, minimum but fine breakfast. Near the b&b there are 2 supermarkets, one of them opens 24h. Pretty better than other b&b in Rome in this trip."

"Perfect! Clean, and comfy. Very well maintained. The host was welcoming and so helpful. Walking distance to the market, restaurants and metro. My husband and 2 teens stayed 4 nights while touring Rome and Vatican city. I would absolutely stay again. "

"Really helpful staff. Coffee machine, crockery and cutlery in communal area. Comfortable, clean, effective AC. Fridge in the room. Water, milk and juice boxes provided along with croissants and various other items for breakfast. Handy for the metro, with a nearby supermarket. Lovely restaurant just over the road and a nice little bar just around the corner. Various other shops and eateries nearby (although we didn't try them all). Overall, an excellent base for exploring Rome!"
