"I have to say it was a pleasurable experience. Staff were so helpful no matter what I asked and knowledgeable of the surrounding areas. I stayed in a double room. It had a fully stocked fridge treats and a nice welcome note on the bed which was a lovely touch, no problem recommended and I definitely will be back again on my next visit to London."

"It was really really noisy, we had someone outside revving their motorbike. Music was being played alot, could hear neighbours. Anytime someone closed a door the whole room shaked. Also was Makeup all over the bathroom door. "

"No frills, not luxe but clean,comfortable and quiet despite busy road outside. Wimbledon Park Tube Station 5 minute walk. Bus stop into the city right outside. Excellent, large, airy, relaxed pub, with outdoor seating,below the rooms; child and dog friendly. Our teenagers liked the pool table. Attractive space. "Great location! The Uber boat was a short walk away. That provided multiple stops up the Thames all the way to the Tower Bridge. The taxi stand adjacent to the hotel provides easy access to transportation to Heathrow and sites around Kensington. The underground had a stop a short walk away too. Overall a very pleasant experience at the Doubletree!"

"We had an excellent stay and would definitely return. The night and day staff were incredibly helpful and kind throughout, and really made us feel welcome. Our room was lovely, and the facilities were great. We especially enjoyed the views over the harbour. The team also went above and beyond to make our visit even more comfortable, which we really appreciated. A wonderful experience overall, and we wouldn’t hesitate to come back."

"Beautiful room, comfortable bed, big size compared to most accommodations. Responsive customer service, but miscommunication with the information provided by Expedia and the property. No room cleaning and change of bedding. The common area wasn't very clean either, but they always provided coffee, tea, milk and cereal. Silence most of the time, I had a long stay and only one day there was a problem with a smoker. The management solved the issue promptly and safely."
