"We stayed at Clayton for our daughters 3rd birthday weekend, and when we got to the room there was a little surprise for our daughter, balloons and banners. This made ours and especially our daughters day. Thank you so much for that. Apart from this, the breakfast, the room and service are exceptional. Staff have been very accommodating to our requests. "The room was amazing had two sofa, the bed was kingsize amd very spacious coming in. Loved the church themed stained windows going up the and down the stairs near the receptionist desk. Staff was very friendly and always asked me if everything was ok."

"Excellent check in by a very helpful young lady. Explained everything in a clear concise and relaxed way. Showed us to the lifts, explained how the key card worked, a nice touch but we already knew how they worked. She told us about local eateries and wrote them down for us as well as saying how long to walk to them. We ate at a couple and yes well recommended. "The staff were fabulous. We were put in a assisted access room. Which we did not request. Lamps did not work. Our aircon did not work unfortunately and so i had to request a fan at 3am as too hot to sleep. The maintenace team came to the room the morning after and could not fix the problem so we were moved to another room. The aircon in the new room worked, yet the tv did not.
