"At weekend food was a bit cool, the shower was lethally a bath mat would be appreciated . The microwave was without instructions and difficult to use. On the plus side the room was large well equipped clean and heating and cooling was great. Staff were excellent, I would definitely stay again."

"King room was big, clean with a really comfy bed. The shower was big with no issues. Only problem we had was the TV didn't work. They rang me back after I whatsappd them and offered to switch rooms, but I declined because it was late "

"The hotel was immaculate and breakfast was good but the stand out feature of our stay were the staff. All staff we dealt with were extremely helpful, courteous and we loved the sense of humour of the male member of staff greeting us at breakfast. Our room was lovely and comfortable and the discount on hotel bar items was great. "

"The location is incredible. Convenient to everything. The room itself is spacious and clean, with a nice little kitchen and balcony. One downside was that the whole building smelled terrible. It wasn’t the rooms themselves but something to do with the sewer system I guess. Was yucky. "

"We arrived on the 12th of April all staff members we interacted with were very friendly and helpful, we needed directions to town and info on parking they helped with that and a disposable razor was given on request. Room was clean and the bed was very spacious and comfortable. There was a great selection at breakfast, we liked the fact there was a microwave to use if you wanted to bring your own food although there was a snack bar and restaurant."

"A total Leeds gem. It’s so close to the city centre shops that my bank account and step count were in a constant battle. The room design/furniture layout is great, as having a distinct lounge area made it much easier to relax, as I didn't feel like I was living on a bed all stay. Having a kitchen was a game-changer for avoiding takeaway/eating out fatigue and meant I could have a relaxed night in instead. "Great staff who were helpful, however the room was poor for the cost, very old styling and carpet was not clean, water left in the kettle. I had been looking forward to staying at this hotel as it’s a great location. But would not chose to stay hear again as there are much better hotels for the cost of this one. "
