"Very dirty and unsanitary, smells bad and need more improve and fix the building."

"They hit me up for a hidden charge of $42 when I checked in. I asked why and they said for services room cleaning, you know. Next time I asked, they told me it was for parking. The $42 up charge is a rip off. This particular property does not deserve to be part of the Wyndham network."

"The building and the staff were great! Such a cute property and a really nice room. Only downside was that it was pretty loud due to traffic noise outside (and an early morning party in the parking lot next door). But the staff and amenities were really top notch, and breakfast was very tasty both days!"

"The property was located close to everything- could walk to the marina and activités. Both restaurants were excellent. Staff was efficient and friendly. Room was clean, well appointed and spacious."

"The only good thing about the hotel was the location to the festival. They are more concerned about catering to their elite members. Our check-in was delayed by 1 hour which is 5pm because they allow their elite members a 4 pm checkout! While the lobby is really nice the room was mediocre and out dated. The AC never cooled off, the toilet didn't flush correctly, the water pressure in the shower only worked if the water was on super hot. For the cost this should have been a lot better...

"Should have read the reviews more closely. Room smelled even though it was non smoking. Shower head barely worked. Only pics online was the rooms which looked clean, but not welcoming once you arrive. Place is out of the way. Only positive thing I can say it was cheap."

"If you’re on a budget then suck it up and use them but be prepared for hardship. It smells like smoke and urine. No overnight room service for towels or etc. Breakfast is sad. Not recommended for families or children young in age. They will do their best to make things work. Pool needs to be cleaned. Otherwise housekeeping staff is fantastic!!!"

"When we booked we requested to have two queen bed rooms with connecting rooms but they didn’t have them available when we arrived.. we had to settle for a king room and 2 double beds then we had dirty towels in the king room. The experience was not the greatest and we paid $675 for 2 rooms and did not have what we asked for"

"The room was not clean during my stay, I did not like that. Room smells like mildew. But the desk staff was very nice there was a lot of parking. Breakfast was nice."
