"Beautiful hotel in a stunning location. Reception staff were friendly and rooms were clean & modern. Breakfast was served at the sister hotel Victoria, which was a nice short walk. We chose to eat in the restaurant one night due to it's vista, the food was great but the service was average (slow & mixed up the orders) which was a surprise. "

"liked nearly everything though took one star off for only having one very small, slow lift. I do realize though it isn't easy to install modern larger lifts in a historic building I also took 1 star off for a lack of sunshades in the pool area - there wasn't very much shade from trees and with temperatures up to the mid thirties there were only 2 sunshades!"

"Espectacular!!! Definitivamente el mejor lugar para quedarse en el Lago di Como. Acceso directo a la playa, cerca de la estación de tren, ferry y autobús. Habitación súper moderna, espaciosa, limpia y con todas las comodidades. Y lo mejor de todo, las atenciones de Stefy y Bepe (los propietarios), siempre atentos y dispuestos para hacer que la estancia sea lo más placentera. "The lady who checked us in, she was the nicest lady in the world, friendly happy and helpful a lot. The whole place is wonderful to stay in."

"Be aware the parking for this location is public parking and may not be available. If you are walking, the center of town is approximately a 20 minute walk and you share the road with vehicles. There is a walking lane, but at times there are drivers who drive close to pedestrians as well as areas where the walking lane ends. There are 2 roads to drive in and out of the area, I'd recommend inquiring about the route that is wider. The apartment had everything we might require and we were provided...
