"Nice hotel except for their confusing lift system. There are 4 different lifts in the hotel for different levels and that’s really confusing. Other than that it’s a nice well kept property with excellent staff. Pleasant stay overall."

"The good - the room size is huge, the staff at the restaurant were very courteous and provided service with a smile. Please ensure to ask room on higher floors. From start the experience wasn't good. Whlist making the booking we opted for breakfast and dinner included in our tariff. However, when checking in we were told to pay an additional rs 7000 for 4A and 1c"

"Hotel is excellent, views are spectacular and staff are wonderful people. They go above and beyond. I've deducted 1 star because the hotel rooms are not wind-tight and have no permanent heating, despite being in a cold location. Hotel owners, please fix this!"

"The property was exceptionally well maintained, and the staff were polite, welcoming, and highly informative throughout our stay. The cafeteria offered an excellent variety of food choices, all of which were enjoyable. We stayed in the honeymoon suite, and the view from the room was absolutely phenomenal. Overall, it was a wonderful experience, and I would highly recommend this place to friends and family."
