The hotel is nicely located on a hill with an amazing view. Especially now at the end of monsoon the fog in the mountains is breathtaking. The hotel is nice, the food very good and we also enjoyed the spa. The staff is very friendly and we had a pleasant stay.

This is a 3.5 star resort marketing themselves as a 5 star property and charging 5 star prices. For reference i booked the villa 2 suite - from the first hour tv’s didn’t work, key card didn’t work, no iron with steam, safe did not work and needed to be replaced 2 times and still didn’t work. The staff although nice people looked untrained to take care of issues. the property has only a little restaurant and little pool below and then mountain in distance. food was good but now worth the price paid for the resort. Would not return here

The staff here are very friendly and accommodating, which we appreciated. However, we did encounter a few issues during our stay. In the morning, there was no hot water for showers, and unfortunately, they were unable to resolve the issue. Additionally, the sheets on our bed were stained. When I called the front desk to request new ones, they sent someone to handle it, but he arrived without any replacement sheets. He then inspected the stain closely, making us feel uncomfortable as if we were responsible for it. When I asked if he was actually going to bring clean sheets, he reluctantly called someone to provide them, and they were eventually changed. As for the buffet, it offered a decent variety of options, though the hot items were cold. I would not stay here again.

Great hotel. No gym or bar

No gym as advertised but they did say hotels.com have the hotel wrong. It is a nice hotel and the food was excellent. It is a great hotel but it has no bar or license for alcohol or a gym. This being said it is a lovely hotel.

Beautiful Hotel in the hills of Munnar

Very beautiful hotel near Munnar. We had a very warm welcome and the room was magnificent (rose petals on the bed). The view on the hills was also very unique. Staff was very friendly and arranged a trip to the tea museum for us. The driver waited for the entire time of our visit. The served food was either continental, indian or chinese. All of it was very delicious. Over all the hotel was truely amazing. An one of a kind experience. Kind regards from Germany

A retreat in a beautiful moutain

We spent 3 memorable nights. Good mountain and valley views. Staff are very friendly and helpful, but do not always communicate with one another. The food could be better.

Great views

If you stay take the 5pm evening walk - if you are not out and about. It is a very nice location. The hotel staff are polite. But perhaphs shop around, you might want to be closer to Munnar

WIFI connectivity is and this needs to improve. Their bathroom is good/excellent in the rooms. Views from the room, amenities within the resort is not much compared to what is displayed in the website.Hence the website pics are misleading in a way.
