"The rooms and food were great. The service was very ok. At Comal the food was very slow and they never checked in for drink orders or to fill waters. Not a great experience for a 300 dollar dinner. Same thing at breakfast. The pool service didn’t clear chairs when people left. The service got better towards the end but overall was disappointing for the price. One and only or las Ventanas are much better places to stay. "

"One of the most beautiful properties we’ve been to! Pricing is a little extra extravagant, but you get what you pay for! The recreation center at the beach is a blast, food was delicious, staff is exceptional, and even the yoga classes were great! Highly recommend the sea-bobs, snorkeling, and paddle boarding. Fernando @recreation and Milena our concierge were outstanding!!"

"This is a top tier resort. All 4 of the premium restaurants had several outstanding options, and food presentation was very high. The drinks were also exceptional, in presentation, preparation, and selection. Top shelf name brand choices of almost every bottle you can imagine. The beds were comfy, the pools were clean, the crowds were well managed, and the grounds are spotless. Negatives? Not many really, but the tipping is odd. "Terrible nunca contestaron, llamamos, escribimos y nada. Llegamos al lugar donde nos marcaba la ubicación las personas no sabían dónde era el lugar, varias personas nos hicieron favor de llamar a los números que apetecen y nadie contestó. Duramos más de 4 horas dando vueltas para encontrar el lugar y nadie contestó. No pudimos llegar y por ende no teníamos donde hospedarnos y llevábamos niños "

"Staff was really nice and hotel was definitely a 3 star hotel. It’s not bad but it doesn’t look like the pictures. The windows in the room are like you’re in a basement. You can’t open them because there isn’t a screen. There isn’t an elevator and there are LOTS of steps so not handicapped accessible. "

Have stayed previously at Hyatt ziva and Garza Blanca which were 40-50% cheaper for all inclusive so my star rating is reflective of that The food was similar caliber at each experience. "True luxury. Staff was great and the restaurant options on site were all fantastic - several to choose from. Food was amazing! We didn’t leave the property. Our room was a one bedroom, living room with pull out bed, full kitchen, washer/dryer, and two full bathrooms. Room was serviced twice daily. Spa was amazing too. Highly recommend. Great for family - includes kids club and teens club. "

"Room (2bdrm) was very nice and spacious with a full size jacuzzi on a large balcony. They had a really nice charcuterie board and good bottle of wine waiting when we arrived! Restaurant downstairs was pretty good, highlight was the ice cream which was amazing. It has an ocean view but it’s not oceanfront, probably the only downside we found. But great for families based on the size of the room. Would return."

"Zoetry is the perfect resort to stay at while visiting Los Cabos. It’s small and therefore it has less people, less noise and less stress. It’s perfectly positioned midway between Cabo San Lucas and San Jose. The room was top notch, the service impeccable and dollar for dollar perhaps the best deal in the area."

The place is pristine the food was great the staff all knew my name by the end of the week. There was plenty of friends for our daughters to make by the family pool.
