"We stayed 4 nights. The resort is huge and we were a little worried about the size but it turned out to be perfect. We stayed with 2 teenagers. Rooms were clean, staff was excellent. The resort felt really safe. There were lots to do with nightly entertainment. "

"We just stayed at El Encanto for 7 days. It has been the Best All Inclusive I ever experienced. The staff go above and beyond. The food was excellent!! Our favorite, was the Italian restaurant. The views are Exceptional!! The pools are everywhere. The only negative is that they are a timeshare, they can be very aggressive!!! They don’t take no for an answer, we just didn’t show up. I’m on vacation, I really don’t want to be pressured into things. Tips are a Big thing for them, All Inclusive should just mean that."
