"The room is very cramped which I expected. Everything was clean but the main issue is noise. I could hear people stomping around above me until 1am. The apartment overlooks a busy street with beeping from a pedestrian crossing and sirens wailing from emergency vehicles all through the night. The bed was deemed is quite fragile and creaks every time you move or turn over in the night.
Some of the noise issues could be resolved by putting in another layer of glazing. "

"I admit I stayed here because of the very low price, but it does seem that some services should be provided low rate or not. For instance, I had to wash my own coffee cup and water glass a few times because they weren't replaced daily with clean ones. One day the maid took away my used towels and left me with no replacements. The woman at the front desk gave me some, but didn't apologize for my inconvenience. Very spotty and cool service."

"The room was clean and had everything that was needed for a few days. The TV, kitchen and bathroom were great. The bed was very soft and not very comfy.
Check in was a bit of a worry as they do ask you for a deposit of £50 and don't give the access codes until that was done. I arrived after 6pm and there was no-one there so it created a bit of a panic until I managed to get a reply and they gave me the codes.
Overall the room was pleasant and within easy walking distance of Golders Green Tube...

"Do not book or stay at this hotel. I’ve travelled to hotels around the world and this is one of the worst and in London! I did not stay and left immediately on seeing the room I was given. Towel had farces, hair strands in and outside the fridge crushed/used water bottles in the fridge. I left and had to find a replacement hotel.
The front desk when I complained ‘why can’t you handle this yourself’. Complained to Expedia and they still have this showing on their site! Unbelievable"

"Awful stay - felt like something halfway between a frat house & student dorm - noisy roudy people coming and going at all hours running through corridors shouting and screaming, banging doors, loud music being played late at night - almost no soundproofing and hard to get a decent uninterrupted sleep. To couple it off one of the staff members extremely rude objectionable and argumentative - when I asked if it was possible, after 5 days, to have a fresh towels told me that I should go wash them...
