"No elevators in the place so you need to carry all of your stuff up a ton of stairs. There was a huge bug in our room and the AC’s didn’t work well. The guy had to come out and help but he got it going. Need more towels than 3 for a family. Loved the washer and dryer and location, and parking available. Pull out bed needs a new mattress as it had stains! The couch needs a good steam clean. Otherwise it was cute and cozy!"

"Great breakfast, friendly staff and very ornately decorated hotel. The hotel room itself does not have a fridge which is a downside. Overall its a nice place for a stay that is central and walkable to downtown Portsmouth."

"Really nice place for one or two people, really nice if you're by yourself it's kind of small but it's quaint, and only a 10 minutes walk to downtown really nice shops had a good time"
