"Lovely room, except that the shower only maintained water pressure with cold water. As soon as you moved the handle to the hot setting, pressure dropped to a mediocre half-flow. Not very enjoyable. "

"You had to run the shower, the bathroom faucet, and the one in the room to get the hot water to turn on. The toilets throughout the hotel did not flush well. We had to call maintenance multiple times to.plunge the toilet and the toilet in the lobby had to be flushed multiple times just for tissue to go down for a number 1. The staff was definitely friendly and that was a plus and only plus."

"The room was so small than I expected. No refrigerator, no microwave, don’t have even a paper cup. I heard the cop’s silence and the music most of the time. I do not recommend. "

"The refillable water station on my floor was really nice and made a huge difference on my stay. Very convenient"

"Breakfast was good, but not exceptional. Had to call to the front desk to find out where I turned the light on in my bathroom ecause the towel rail and towels were blocking its view. Spent way too much time looking for light switch. Guest next door checked in and was talking so loudly from 3am to 4 am. I did not report. Room has seen better days; wall paper peeling. Check in staff great as well as breakfast staff."

"It's ok, no rats or cockroaches but did I expect better for the price? Yes. And don't be fooled, there are hidden fees, something called a "city resort tax" or something like that (even though it's not a resort--no perks), that you'll be charged additional for at the hotel, no matter what Expedia says about fees and taxes being included in the price."
