"The location is within walking distance from Michigan Ave, right by the river. Beautiful view ( if your room is on the river side). The staff is incredible from greeting you, checking you in or if you have any questions or requests they are on top of everything. Very friendly and nice. Every time we have to spend the weekend in Chicago, that’s the only place we always stay. "

"I arrived a bit early. They didn't allow me to check in early, although it was confirmed the previous guest had left. I asked a kind favor to prioritize cleaning my room first but it was not entertained. I asked to switch to another room that is ready and has been cleaned but my request was rejected. No effort was made whatsoever to help guests except the easy response of saying a sharp "NO" with a stuck-up face. Finally passed the check-in time, 3 pm, but my room was still not ready. I told...

"The hotel is literally 20 steps from an entrance to the red line train at Grand and State, so that’s convenient. Also a bus stop in front of hotel. A number of good dining options within walking distance. The river walk area is about four blocks away. We arrived before our room was ready and they happily stored our luggage for us so we could get lunch. It is very loud at night with sirens constantly blaring, but that’s just the city."

"The property was great. Right downtown. 30 minutes walk to Navy Pier and Mellenium Park. Clean hotel. Only complain is the doors to the rooms are big time heavy. Hard to get in being in a chair. Also the bed is defently high. Being in a wheelchair I had to get some help to make sure I dint fall off trying to get on. "

"I didn't care for the type of shower in the room. Also, I had no control of the temperature in the room. I loved the bed and the bedding and the pillows. They were so comfortable. "
