The room was not clean and when we have tried to use the third extra bed and opened it there where not clean at all and our son slept with us all 3 nights. Also the barista was super rude and we stayed one day for dinner at the hotel and that was the Christmas day, I ordered the food and the table was not clean, I asked her to send someone for cleaning from the table as she said that the food will be ready in 20 minutes and there were no other available tables for 3 of us at that time, she said oh someone is working and they will clean(but jo one cleaned the table for 30 minutes, when they brought the food). and I said if possible include that in our room experiences and decided not to leave tip for that time as usually I am leaving tip after someone serves me or the food is tasty or they are being nice and she asked “no tip hah” I said “yes for now” and she was turned away and was like “no tip and they want a clean table haha” and was very very rude, I would never keep such worker in my place. also no one cleaned the table and they brought our food after 30 minutes instead of 20 and only after that they removed the dirty dishes from the table. And she is not a server and not the food maker why she would act that rude with us I have no Idea.
1 more important thing in the rooms there were coffee machines and on the first day there were 2 decaf and 2 regular coffes(very tasty) on the next days they put coffees for the espresso machine not for the one which was in our room
