"We were a family of 4 with 2 teens and booked standard room but they gave us the premium japanese family room which was VERY spacious! Thank you. The rooms fits 6 generously and is fully equipped with toaster, microwave, fridge, freezer, washer/dryer. Beds were comfortable! Super convenient location - steps to Tawaramachi exit on Ginza Line, 7/11, many restauranta, Don Quijote, Sensoji Temple. Asakusa is not as busy as Shinjuku and Shibuya but has all the shops and amenities. "

"Great place to stay! The room is clean and feels brand new. Conveniently located near the train station, in a quiet area we really enjoyed. There are plenty of restaurants nearby, and the Ginza shopping district is only about a 15-minute walk away."

"Lifts were programmed badly. Long queues at the Lobby. Once a lift is assigned another can past by and time of guests is wasted. Also, please have a proper messaging board with the Hotel. Only calls was allowed which is very costly for international travellers. "
