"We stayed at Towneplace Suites in Fort Mill SC for 20 days while waiting to move into our new house. The staff is very friendly and welcoming like Diavonna at the Front Desk and Tammy in the dining room. "The staff was outstanding, best customer service we've had in a long time. The breakfast was probably the best of any hotel we've ever stayed at; delicious. Highly recommend staying here. "I was in the handicap accessible room. When I saw it was right across from the indoor pool, I expected it to be noisy. I was wrong! It was well insulated, and even though we knew there were kids playing there, we didn't hear a thing in our room. We were able to park right by our room and use the rear entrance accessed by our room key.
