"I can’t say enough good things about the Omni hospitality team. Alex was friendly and helpful (valet). Debbie was so fun to talk to and the club 14 lounge was spotless with tasty food. Keisha was my room service attendant and she had fantastic suggestions for entertainment and the service was superb. Clarissa was the most welcoming and she answered questions about the hotel and made me feel right at home. I was impressed with the entire experience, I will be back."

"Great location easy on and easy off I-77. The room was great, and the decor was very nice and modern. This hotel was very clean and everything seemed to work well and in good order. The staff were great. They would go out of their way to ask if you needed anything, which I found to be a great touch. The welcome snack was a great touch. It was light food fare and was well attended by guests. All the staff there were more than accommodating. It was a wonderful experience. I highly recommend this hotel for anyone. There were a lot of families there taking advantage of the amenities. Everything was in great condition and the staff were the real stars at this place."

"This was a quick trip ! The scenery was beautiful. I loved that the table in the lobby had charging ports everywhere and USB ports. Very modern. We checked in a little early which was wonderful for traveling guests. The restaurant had delicious cuisine. The pool not being opened until Memorial Day sucked. Not sure what the beginning of summer has to do with the pool for a Hotel. If it's listed as an amenity, it should be available OR it should be clear it's not open until a specific date. Our room was very far away . For guests with non-visible disabilities or injuries a question should be asked about closeness or if it matters. Walking that distance for the room was tough especially at the end of a trip. I really loved the hotel overall."
