"Nice hotel and amazing location "

"Clean room, great amenities. Washer/dryer was very convenient. The master bedroom closet was very spacious, but could've used more coat hangers and/or hooks. The kitchen is functional but not many utensils or dishes available (apparently you can rent more) - we only used the kettle and the fridge so it wasn't a problem for us. We were able to do late check-out for a minimal charge. Hotel is within walking distance of a few different subway stations, which is very convenient for getting around. "

"The hotel is very nice, the room is spacious and everything is very clean. The front desk staff are very friendly and helpful. If you're sensitive to heat, be very careful; in November they turn off the air conditioning and switch to heating, and there's no way to change it. The bathtub is quite unsafe; you could fall in. "

"The Executive Tower is definitely worth the stay. I’ve stayed at this hotel since 2009 and the main tower rooms need a great deal of renovation. It was pretty horrible in 2023 when I was there. Service is always very good and this trip it was exceptional and the room was clean, brightly lit and comfortable. Amenities were ok but I care more about room lighting, size and cleanliness. Will definitely be back."

The location is very convenient with buses & subway stations for Seoul . I had a very nice stay so much fun things around to see & experience. The breakfast is nice & delicious you can find a good food as well . Coffee & tea is free during the day & night . So just book this hotel & leave the rest for the professional hoteliers to serve you . "
