"The Swan Reserve has nice amenities - a Mediterranean restaurant, a coffee shop/ grab and go snack shop, and a bar with a food menu. We swam at the pool, but the second day discovered the Dolphin Pool which is huge with a waterslide and a waterfall. Near the Swan is a beach and a play ground. We also ate at several of the restaurants at The Dolphin - Mexican and Steak House. The Swan, Dolphin and Swan Reserve are all walking distance, and you can use the amenities at any of them. "We had no free breakfast, just $25/day went to our room which isn’t bad. They have a starbucks and restaurant in the hotel which serves great food and drinks. The staff are lovely, helpful, and very kind. I think the rooms could be better but we’re overall satisfied with our stay in the hotel"

"It’s a nice looking hotel but I don’t understand why they have to have carpet in the rooms for such newish looking hotel. With the humidity in Florida, it felt damp all the time which to me is gross. Also the water pressure on the showerhead was extremely low and I know they have to have flow restricter in them but the pressure was well below average for hotels. Also, on the third day of our 5 night stay, I was locked out of the room and I went to the front desk 5 times back and forth and wasted...

"La piscina está en excelentes condiciones y limpia, áreas comunes también están limpias, los empleados tienen buen servicio pero la habitación no la limpian a diario solo antes del check in y luego del check out, la habitación que me tocó necesita reparaciones y reemplazo de artículos dañados o rotos por lo demás es funcional para pasar la noche"

"La chambre est propre, grande et fonctionnelle. Les draps étaient très doux et nous avons passé une bonne nuit. Deux remarques cependant. La base du lit est métallique et cela fait du bruit lorsqu'on s'assoit. Et la clim fait du bruit en continue, même éteinte. Cela ne nous a pas empêché de bien dormir. Merci au réceptionniste qui était très sympathique."
