"It is super conveniently located, good private parking (at a charge). The place is clean, typical Italian decor (colorful and lacking of finish) - absolutely ok! We did have an unfortunate experience: the tlf.no. we got online was apparently wrong (turned out to be that of a landlady for a property next door, who uses the same parking facility). Through message we were guided to the apartment. As we got instructions upon contact regarding the parking, & seing that the adress & dot on the map was...

"Great location overlooking the water. Walkable and great city. Super easy to take ferries to other cities like Bellagio. The ferry is literally across the street. This was our favorite spot (hotel and location) of the Italy tour."

"Friendly staff. Limited breakfast, but with a decent cappuccino. Rooms are small, but the air conditioning was very functional and much appreciated with the heat wave. The bed was OK, with a very hard pillow. The amenities were definitely only one star. All in all, though, we would stay there again"

"The apartment was spacious, clean and comfortable. The first room was wonderful. The second room seems to be s boudoir with a futon that can be made into a small bed but the living room has a pull out couch for a double bed. The rest of the apartment was great. The view is breathtaking and well situated. The only downfalls was no answer for the check in the expedia messages for at least 24 hours. We were 4 people but only 3 bath towels and no answer to obtain a 4 th even though we paid for 4 people. Besides these petty things a wonderful stay. Quiet and beautiful."
