"It is super conveniently located, good private parking (at a charge). The place is clean, typical Italian decor (colorful and lacking of finish) - absolutely ok! We did have an unfortunate experience: the tlf.no. we got online was apparently wrong (turned out to be that of a landlady for a property next door, who uses the same parking facility). Through message we were guided to the apartment. As we got instructions upon contact regarding the parking, & seing that the adress & dot on the map was...

The second room seems to be s boudoir with a futon that can be made into a small bed but the living room has a pull out couch for a double bed. The rest of the apartment was great. The view is breathtaking and well situated. The only downfalls was no answer for the check in the expedia messages for at least 24 hours. We were 4 people but only 3 bath towels and no answer to obtain a 4 th even though we paid...

The down side for us flying into Milan from Scotland on an evening flight was having to find and get to the property management office in Como within a certain time to pick up the keys before going further on to property in Cernobbio. Fine if you had a car but we didnโt. Would be easier if there was a key box situated at the property. That being said we would definitely stay...

"Hotel is in the actual middle of Como with lake views. Rooms are very nice. Flooring is new and bathrooms are modern marble and good size. Complimentary breakfast is elegant with tablecloths and servers with lake views. All the restaurants, cafes and shops are nearby walking distance. Itโs so convenient staying at the Palace."

"The room was big and specious. The hotel is very centrally located and is a 3 min walk to the lake and the ferry dock. The staff is absolutely amazing. Always ready to help and always with a smile. City of Como is 10 minutes by car or 15 min by ferry. You can also take a bus. Highly recommended."
