"My room was very clean and comfortable and a one minute walk to the center. Owners are so helpful with whatever you need regarding information, suggestions, etc. was given a free breakfast card to use at a local coffee shop, which was good. I enjoyed conversing with the workers there each morning. Definitely recommend this B&B. "

"This place is in the best spot on the water. Rooms are like condos, not hotel rooms. Super comfortable beds and an awesome shower. Staff is really nice and helpful but the breakfast…the breakfast is the best out there. Try everything they offer. Lastly, do yourself a favor in Monopoli, just be. Stay 2 nights. "The pictures look great of this property and that is why we booked. Communication was with The Happy rental rep. Upon arrival we found the keybox and there was 5 unmarked keys so you had to guess which was for each door. Steep narrow steps with low head room to the floor where apartment was. "I very rarely leave a bad review but I received no response from the owner for two months. We booked the luxury room costing over £100 per night. This was not a luxury room, it had no windows and no wardrobe / drawers to put our clothes away in except 4 hangers on a rope. Our bathroom bin wasn't cleaned properly each day, so I had to ask for it to be emptied and we also woke up to cockroaches in the room.
