"The staff is excellent , i stay in this Hotel back in February and again in April , in both of my stays th water in the shower is weak i wish they fix this problem because it looks like is been going on and Is very uncomfortable take a shower with a few sprinkles from the shower head. I like the hotel a lot is in good location but a realy hope they fx the shower head."

"I give it 5 stars because the hotel does its job. The room and building are clean. The staff was attentive and helpful. And the room is quiet and dark to rest. There's AC, a comfy bed, a TV with apps, a small safe, a table and 2chairs to eat, and the room has a modern look. All for a reasonable price. The bathroom can a lack a bit of privacy but you pay for what you get and I think this hotel gives more for what you pay."

"They steal more than 7000 US $$ on my cards after I left the hotel . I left the hotel at 5 Am on November 23 i went to another city,on 24 I bought something for 25 $$ on my cards both got declined, I only used them to pay for food and the hotel room.when I called one of my bank they informed me the same day I left the hotel; there were 42 orders placed on AliExpress on my master card which I didn’t make. And I m still calling the second bank to lock my Visa card. Believe me I have an idea who stole the card information. Because the first day when I got to the hotel the young lady took the card place it on the front desk trying to make the payment it turned it just thanks a glance i think they record my card with the camera at the desk without my knowledge.. ladronnnnn ladronnnn ladronnnn"

"The staff were polite, thought not very helpful. The room we got did not match the picture of the room we selected. And the bed was so hard that my wife booked us another room. If you are staying in Mexico City from abroad I would choose somewhere else to stay."
