"A FUIR!!!!! Désactivation mystère du code, personne pour ouvrir en cas d'urgence, après une heure sous la pluie en pleine nuit, j'ai du trouver une autre chambre... Et le personnel n'a même pas écouté mes griefs, se prenant pour la victime. Zéro excuses présentées. Propreté et securité douteuses de surcroît. A FUIR!!!!!!"

"We were not provided with any hand towels in the bathroom, had to use the shower towels. A dish towel in the kitchen would have been helpful as well. it is a nice quiet building and a nice area.Plenty of bakeries and restaurants"

"I had a 17 hour layover in Paris and decided to stay at this property before my next long leg of travel to relax à little. I was pretty disappointed with how rude and robotic was the male worker at the reception, then the room was really hot. No AC and not air circulation, no even a window for air. It was like a box. The owners/ management team didn’t even think to put head lumps or just a lump for softer light at night, didn’t even think to put a clock in the room especially with travelers...

"This place was the absolute worst, the staff is rude and don't even acknowledge you. We checked in and the girl that was at the front desk was rude and developed an attitude with us. We couldn't log into the wifi and she had control over that. She kept saying give it a few minutes. It felt like she was doing it on purpose. We got into our room and still didnt have connection. We decided to order food and have it delivered, when the first part of the food arrived we sat down on the communal area...

"Stayed there for 1 night after a night flight at CDG Airport. First experience with finding the hotel shuttle bus from the airport was a disaster, the signage was not clear, the driver was downright rude and not helpful at all. No help was given with loading the luggage onto the bus. The driver didn't even unlock/open the back for us to put our baggage. Appreciated the 24/7 front desk but would also like to feedback that the front desk staff seem to be temp/part-time staff. They checked me into...

"El hotel es bastante básico y con muchos grupos juveniles que hace que usar los ascensores sea muy demorado, tienen aire acondicionado pero permanece desconectado a pesar de los días excesivamente calurosos, un día no tuvimos toallas porque la empresa a cargo no entregó, los microonda de uso comunal están dañados, venden comida en máquina pero no hay como calentar. No recomendamos"

"Absolute terrible customer service. Made last minute booking advertised as Paris airport hotel but to be a smaller one just outside of CDG. Within minutes of checking the address that’s when I realized it’s the wrong airport. Contacted them immediately and they refused to cancel or refund my money."
