Staff was nice but: 1 hour transit from the city centre, very small washroom (resembling that of an airplane), water from shower floods to floor every time, not the cleanest, loud, can smell cigarettes if window opened, nothing nearby in the neighbourhood, no direct access to the main road, unsafe neighbourhood.

Disgusting filth

This place was filthy. Neither the main light in the room nor in the bathroom worked. The toilet was disgusting. There was matted black hair on the bed covers. There were cigarette burns in the bed sheets. The floor was as dirty as an alleyway. I would not stay here unless I was very desperate, which I was.

Ist das ein Spaß, wir haben im Auto mit 2 klein Kinder übernachtet. Ich habe es mitgeteilt. Dreckig stinkt. Bettwäsche voll mit Zigaretten Löscher… Raum WC alles voll mit Schimmel und Verbrennung. Noch Hotel sonst ein Mitarbeiter von Expedia obwohl ich es mitgeteilt habe, hat uns geholfen… Expedia hat nur getextet…und von 75 Euro Gutschrift behauptet… . Sonst nichts…. Ich habe Expedia mitgeteilt das die Mitarbeiter, Sicherheitsdienst geholt hat und das Geld nicht erstattet hat…. Keiner hat sich gekümmert… Ich will mein Geld zurück haben. Lächerlich alles Keiner würde da pennen können. Kein Familien Hotel eckelhaft Ich bin von Hotel enteuscht aber Expedia musste mit, wie einmitarbeiter es auch gesagt hat, entweder das Geld zurück verlangen oder andere Hotel besorgen… aber nichts kam von Expedia Mit 2 klein Kinder auf der Straße geblieben….
