"I was only here for 1 night but it was fantastic. The staff at the front desk was incredibly kind, welcoming, and helpful. The room was clean and the bed was comfortable. The hotel gym was good with a high quality treadmill and free weights. Basically everything one could ask for at an airport hotel."

"Very long queue for check in. Poorly ventilated room even though we turned heating down and kept the window open while awake. Thin walls so you hear other guests arriving late and leaving early. Bed was comfortable but the bathroom is a joke. Toilet facing a wall so close you will bang your knees. You have to hold the shower attachment if you want to wash anything above your waist. Holes in shower doors same height as shower head so wet floor with no bath mat. Mouldy fake window in bathroom dripping condensation next to toilet. The staff are great as is takeaway from the Italian opposite reception. Not worth the money we paid. Won’t use again."

"Staff was welcoming, friendly, and helpful. Room was bright and clean. I had lunch at restaurant, very good! Transportation to airport was reliable. Had a perfect stay of 2 nights here. Will be back!"

"The shuttle bus works from 6.15 am till noon time and from 17.15 PM.. we took the bus from the T3 to the bus station facing the hotel. breakfast is 25 Euro if you buy it from the hotel. room is clean , spacious , including safe box and mini bar. areovillle shopping mall is 5 min walk , use your GPS to get directions . friendly staff at the hotel. we used the shuttle to go 6.15 to the aeroport .. it takes 15 min .."

"The room was clean and the people were kind. BUT if you are not a skinny tall person, it’s almost impossible to stay here. The shower door swings inward and there is only a 8 inch gap you have to squeeze through to get in the shower. It’s almost impossible for an adult. Same thing with the toilet, you have to have the door open as you are on it because it’s so small in there your knees hit the door. My husband is 6’4 and thank goodness he wasn’t with me or he wouldn’t have been able to use the toilet or shower due to how small it was in there. I also opened the window as it was very hot in there, the window actually fell off of the wall. My mom and I had to put the window back in its place and lock it to keep it from falling. Overall clean place and good for some people, but if you are over 200 pounds, I would steer clear of this place as you won’t be able to use the washroom or shower"

"Great place to stay if you can find it! We arrived late and left the next morning and stayed overnight. The hotel is great. Here is how to find it: follow the signs to the train station. When you get to the area with all the hotel signs--and the Sheraton is not listed-- turn around and look for the subtle signage that shows the Sheraton is right around the corner!"

"The breakfast menu was barely satisfactory, the room thermostat wasn’t working, so I opened the window to get fresh air. Parking was horrible"
