"This was a good location as it was a two minute walk to the RER train station, but the apartment room our large family stayed in was fairly dirty. The bathroom had plaster falling off the walls and mold in some areas. The staff was very friendly and helpful, and there was parking directly across from the hotel. If the lot looks full, just wait a couple minutes, spots are opening up constantly."

"The room was good enough for one night only so that it is near the airport and parking was right at the hotel. The shower drain was not draining properly in the morning before leaving. I would stay there again just because of convenience with a car."

"I had a 17 hour layover in Paris and decided to stay at this property before my next long leg of travel to relax à little. I was pretty disappointed with how rude and robotic was the male worker at the reception, then the room was really hot. No AC and not air circulation, no even a window for air. It was like a box. The owners/ management team didn’t even think to put head lumps or just a lump for softer light at night, didn’t even think to put a clock in the room especially with travelers...

"At the third night of our stay in this residence, we came at late night and saw thad the electronic key (card key) didn't work and we were behind the door of our room and couldn't get in at 24 o'clock and there was nobody to help us.I called the police and they also didn't help me and couldn't speak English.finally after one hour behind the door I found a Number found behind the main door of the residence. I called that number and explained our situation. He said ther is another key in the safe...

"air conditioning is not working. You have to open the window to have a proper ventilation.There is dead cockroach under the bed. Its look like they don't changed the bed sheet. They still have stain on the it. We asked to transfer to other room which they did. But the same thing, there are some food crumbs on the bed. So We just have to deal with it and clean ourselves because we are already tired from our flight and dont want to transfer again to the new room."

"It was an extreme heat day in Paris and I desperately needed a room with air conditioning so i could actually sleep. This place had a nice cold room when I checked in. That was my highest priority and it met that need."
