"Super host and great variety at breakfast. Felt very looked after and welcomed. Room clean with adequate shower and plenty of lovely little extras. Only negative was the pillow was a little lumpy and duvet a little heavy, had a very hot night even with the fan in the room. Couldn't open window because of noise from the seagulls! That said I would recommend a stay here. Lot better than other b&bs I've tried in Blackpool and very central."

"Its a beautiful place and the staff was amazing, friendly and very willing to help, room was clean and the breakfast gave different many breakfast choices to choose from. Great initiative from staff despite the high temperature they ensured there was always ice cubes available for the rooms and offered free ice cream during the day. Very close proximity to the sea, town and other places of interest."

The bathroom door doesn't close, the shower tray fills but not empty very quickly so you have to turn it on and off to stop flooding of the floor. Towels weren't clean. We paid £10 for parking in a different road. The spare bed was behind the door so we would have struggled to get out in an emergency.
