"The lady Silvia very pleasant and helpful as all the other ladies and gentlemen. Breakfast options good , room ideal for me and my son and we left earlier to get home they supplied us with bacon sandwich as it was to early for breakfast. Parking was easy i paid for a place.used trams to get around. My son and i enjoyed our stay"

"Came for a 2 night stay, the breakfast was excellent, the guest house was ideally situated between the town centre and the Pleasure Beach. The owners were very friendly and attentive. The room was very clean and decorated well, there were lots of extras in the bedroom. They had there own private car park at a reasonable charge."

"Stayed here before in pitch view rooms which are probably 4 star just this time only other rooms available I would say 2 star beds are very worn on base fan going all night in bathroom kept us awake TV wouldn't turn off had to stop all power to room to turn off overall not a perfect stay wouldn't book these rooms again "

"Phoned hotel to ask about parking was told when we arrived that we would be able to have secured parking for £7 daily when we arrived was asked to park at the back of the hotel in a back alley where we had to dodge dog dirt We booked a superior sea view room nothing superior about it desperately needs decorating very shabby We only had a little blow heater on a chair for heating and no hot water for a shower asked the owner about the water he said run the tap for 10 minutes we did this still...
