"From a delicious buffet breakfast and comfortable night sleep, this hotel on the South Shore near Starr Cross is a great choice for Blackpool. Trams stop practically outside and most rooms have a sea view although ours didn’t. We found the room to be clean and the bed comfortable. Usual hotel tea making facilities are provided as is free Wi-Fi. We were there for Elmer’s Blackpool Parade, where three elephants were in the hotel reception. I have included those who were nearby the hotel."

"Booked at short notice and quite late, but no issues checking in and very friendly and welcoming reception staff. Room was a little tired and needed a deep clean - cobwebs around the main light, dust in the extractor fan and a shower curtain that had seen better days , but it was comfortable enough and quiet. Breakfast was superb, although the coffee was a little disappointing."
