"I have stayed in this hotel several times now over the last 10 years. Every time I stay here I am impressed by the helpful staff. On this occasion we were there for 4th July which is also my wife's birthday. They gave us a great city view for the fireworks (which were unfortunately cancelled) and vouchers for a free breakfast buffet. Great customer service."

"Had a beautiful view of the Austin Skyline right on the river. The staff was excellent and checked if I had any flights. Let him know I probably needed to head to the airport at 9. I was running a bit late they called up made sure I wasn’t late and the driver waited and we left at 9:25. Make sure you tip your drivers. Great stay would recommend especially if you plan on being downtown"

"The hotel itself was gorgeous and the staff was extra friendly and helpful. The lake view rooms were nice with cozy beds. The welcome fruit and chocolates were a sweet little welcome gift. The amenities were great and had a big 24 hour gym. room service had a pretty big selection and onsite restaurant was excellent especially if you wanted to dress up but not leave the property.
