"If I could rate this place a 0 I would. This place is actually so terrible the guy at the front was so rude to us and treated us like criminals accused us of stealing the TV remote when we declined it at check in. He also called us within us being in the room for less than 5 minutes saying we can't have more than 4 people in a room when we had some people waiting for their rides to come pick them up. He said we HAD to buy another room while they waited. I've booked through Expedia multiple times...

"The good: very reasonable price, we felt safe enough, it was convenient to Midway Airport (15 minutes by car, straight up Cicero), and there are lots of food options nearby. The bad: the room was full of dark hairs, long and short, all over (our family is all blond, no chance it was us). The chairs had long strips of fabric hanging from them. "During my 4 day stay, we had no power due to unfortunate weather events, however we had no power for the entire 4 days we stayed.This was very unexpected. We had no way to charge any of our devices or use any of the amenities until the day we had to check out. We only had hot water starting on our first full day we stayed. "I wouldn't recommend this hotel. The shower in my room didn't work properly, which was very frustrating. The complimentary breakfast was extremely limited—there was only cereal, muffins, a waffle maker, and a refrigerator with a jug of milk that didn't look very clean. I ended up skipping breakfast and going across the street to McDonald's instead. The location was convenient, but the room condition and breakfast quality did not meet my expectations. I would not stay here again."

"This hotel was located conveniently to the Midway airport. It was very nice…well maintained and clean. Beds were very comfortable. The only issue I had was that we arrived at 2pm and requested early check in, but had to pay $75 in order to get in our room early. Shuttles were available but we didn’t use it. I would recommend this hotel to others."

"Probably one of the worse hotels I’ve ever stayed at. The front desk closes which I never heard of at a hotel. The night staff are rude. Tells you to call a number on wall if you need assistance when you call they let you know they’re closed ain’t can’t help you until 8am. 8am came & went & front desk was still not open. "Room had scribbles on the wall in the hallway, elevators and hallways smelled like weed and room had a bad smell every time the AC turned on. Bathroom supplies were pretty much empty bottles on the wall. Parking is pretty expensive at $23 a night and parking lot was full. No microwave and fridge didn’t work. Beds were comfy and room was clean."
