"Aircon didn’t work in the first room. Loud traffic at night in the second room. Some amenities like the Soa are not open yet. Male staff member called my room at 10:30 asking for my wife. Too weird for me. We will not be staying there again. "

"Had a satisfying and relaxing stay here just a few days ago. Great location, just adjacent to Ayala Center Mall. A modern medium-sized relaxing buffet dining area with satisying food choices and attentibe staff. My husband and I were in a twin/king room. It was clean , bigger compared to other standard hotel rooms we had with a similar rate. However the TV should be upgraded though for streaming like Netflix, You Tube, Amazon Prime, etc. Front Desk staff polite and professional enough....
