"The service and staff were amazing here. The one thing to improve on would be having to ask twice for an adapter or to clean a room (I think that's on room service not the front end staff). But the front end and restaurant staff were probably the best I've ever come across. I felt important, well looked after and appreciated as a guest and I appreciate the staff as well!"

"ホテルのスタッフの方々は親切でとても良かった。シャワールームにはボディーソープとシャンプーのみで水垢や黒い汚れはちょっと気になった。ホテル室内からは夜景は見れませんが、バスや電車の駅も比較的近くにあるし、ちょっと歩けばレストランや東岸公園で海辺の夜景も見れます。ホテル室内で楽しむというよりも外へ遊びに行くことがメインの人にはちょうどいいと思います。"
