"The hotel is directly located in Cascais just two minutes walk to the beach and five minutes to the center. The service is outstanding as well as the quality of the rooms and food. We stayed there for six nights and enjoyed our time there."

"Hotel was in a great location. Rooms were great although we were in a room above the entrance which was loud at night. Restaurant food was limited but we weren’t there for that. Reception staff couldn’t have been more welcoming and helpful."

"Lena and her family&staff were so incredibly welcoming and helpful. They even went above and beyond to prepare some food for me for my 4am check-out due to an extra early flight. The place was spotless and cozy and I had a very comfortable stay."

"My husband and I spent several days at the hotel and can only say wonderful things about the staff. I had injured my foot, actually fracturing a couple bones, and they brought me bags of ice several times, delivered room service when wanted and the dining room staff was great. The weather was rather windy and rainy while we were there so didn't go in the outside pools but they were beautiful. Excellent breakfasts as well."

"Botel Baia is centrally located and we loved veing able to walk to all the shops and cafes. Waking up to views of the bay was lovely but the rooftop pool was not our favorite as it was inside what looked like a greenhouse and felt stuffy. We werent there to swim so it was OK but sometimes laying by the pool with a drink is nice and you couldnt do that there. The staff was VERY nice, especially a man at the front desk named Mathew. He went above and beyond to greet us everyday with a big smile...

"Die Lage des Legaseas ist top. Unser Zimmer war sehr gemütlich, allerdings vorne zur Straße recht laut morgens (Müllabfuhr). Das Personal supernett, speziell Mateus, der jeden Morgen mit seinen Kollegpein gesundes, abwechslungsreiches Frühstück zubereitet hat. Zugang zum Hotel und zu den Zimmern funktioniert bestens mit den Codes, die im Vorfeld zugeschickt werden."

"Westlight was an excellent property. Very conveniently located and beautifully decorated. Room was clean with everything you could need. Staff was helpful and knowledgeable- ready with local recommendations. Breakfast was nice and had good variety. To note there are no elevators at the property and you may have to walk multiple flights to your room. This was not an issue as staff helped to bring up baggage but good to know if you can’t do stairs. There are rooms on lower floors I’m sure you...

"Poor reception and racist treatment. Room housekeeping not done since morning when return to room at 3pm. Call reception , operator many times no answer. Decided to go downstairs to enquire there whilst was speaking to another staff another staff abruptly say housekeeping is still 6pm rudely. And after that she just turned and totally ignore any conversation. Totally rude and was all smile with another client totally ignoring. Overall service across been poor"
