"Was very lovely and modern facility. Liked being on Fleet Street during Easter weekend...so quiet. Very convenient to Trafalgar Square and a 5 minute walk from the Tube. Also on a bus route if we did not feel like walking. Had some difficulty getting the staff to regulate the cooling system in the room."

"It was an awesome experience. I had an amazing stay here back in April when I visited London. Really nice and cozy room, free water and the most welcoming and nice staff! The best thing was being within walking distance of London Bridge and next to everything important! I will surely come back! "

"Cute little hotel with kind staff. It was being prepared for renovations while we were here which created some commotion with the lifts and traffic in the lobby. The room was comfortable and gym was good. We cut our stay short to stay closer to the sights and the staff was incredibly gracious about the change. Thank you for having us!"

"The location was perfect! Right off River Thames, next to Big Ben, The London Eye, Westminister Bridge. The hotels bar/lounge, Primo Bar had excellent service, great tasting & very well made drinks. Hotel staff were friendly & quick with requests. The concierge was super helpful. Room service was tasty & delivered very timely. Would stay here again & recommend."

"Stayed for 7 nights with a family of 4. We loved the proximity to major sights and transit. Room was great, a little tight for 4, but completely manageable. King bed was extremely comfortable, pull-out bed, not as much, but to be expected. Staff was very helpful. Would highly recommend."
