"Room was clean. In-room jetted tub worked well. Nice large shower. Bed not very comfortable for me, but I'm very picky due to back issues. Ice machine was a bit of a walk and they only have one on property, which want convenient. The vending machine in same room as ice machine and guest laundry facility and was kinda sad. Card reader on the machine was not working, so if you didn't have cash, you were out of luck. We didn't need to use the vending machine, just an observation. Had a poolside room, which also had a pull out sofa bed, which we didn't need, as it was just my wife and I. Had a fenced area just outside the room adjacent to the pool, with a table and chairs, with a gate that opened to the pool, which was nice. Even when pool was busy, wasn't noisy. Property is pet friendly, also. Overall was a great experience and walking distance from the casinos, shops and restaurants in Stateline. We would definitely stay here again. Front office staff very friendly."

"Owners were very accommodating and gave us tickets to get into the private beach nearby which was a perk I didn't know about. I had small issues with the TV remote and toilet and told the owner about them. He was very attentive to meeting my needs. We did not get room service but that's okay we didn't need it."

"The rooms are cozy, clean and comfortable. The staff was very friendly and helpful. No breakfast is offered. You do get a discount at the restaurant next door Toulouse, but it's expensive. There are a lot of breakfast options in the town. Parking gets difficult in the evening. The lobby area is welcoming (comfortable furniture, nice coffee / hot chocolate machine, board games). They offer smores in evening with 2 firepits to enjoy them. There is a heated pool and hot tub. The pool is deep, so keep an eye on kids that are not good swimmers. The pool temperature was good, and they offer pool towels. We met some friendly guests while at the hot tub. There is a private beach (not part of the hotel) near the hotel (less 10 minutes walking; parking available next to the entrance). Entry to the beach is an additional cost but discounted entry is available at the hotel. We enjoyed our stay here."

"The rooms are spacious, modern, and have everything you could possibly need. We loved all of the fire pits around the property and the nightly s'mores. The large grass lawn was awesome for lawn games for the kids and the pool / spa were amazing as well."
